Embrace Cosy January: a magical tea ritual

It’s a foggy January afternoon and I’m taking a moment to slow down and enjoy a hot duo of herbal tea. January can be a difficult month; short days, cold weather and a long wait until pay day! Create a little magic by stirring your drink in a clockwise direction whilst thinking positive thoughts and wishes. The tap the rim of the cup 3 times with the spoon to seal your wish ✨

My current favourite (and I have a few) is gingerbread tea, gently spicy with a hint of vanilla. Main Health Benefits of Ginger – improves digestion, reduces nausea and is anti inflammatory so can reduce pain.

Next time, I’m going to treat myself to a cup of carrot cake tea – what’s not to love? ❤️
